Contextualizing a woman’s abusive behavior is worlds apart from excusing her abusive behavior. The former (contextualizing) can empower some victims to realize their perpetrator was never more powerful to begin with.
The point of this essay is that boys & men can heal from abuse by women without hating all other women––that is all. Anything more is your projection.
